We're sorry you're having problems with our new Library app. Our team is continuing to work and polish the Library so it's easier to use.

Safari users have reported issues with downloading products from their Library. This appears to be the fault of a default setting in Safari that prevents popups. You can get around this by going to Settings-->Apps--> Safari  (or just type Safari into Search in settings). Scroll down to General and turn off the Block Pop-ups toggle:

  • The product you are trying to download
  • The error you are receiving
  • The device and browser you are using.
